Genesis

Kendriya Vidyalaya CRPF Barkas, Hyderabad was established in the year 1978 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India.

Since its inception in 1978, it is known as a centre of excellence in the field of school education promoting national integration and a sense of Indianness among the children while ensuring their total personality development and academic excellence.
